Private pilates offers the personal and un-divided attention to support your recovery, help you achieve your goals and create a space for deep exploration and insight into your body’s unique movement language.

Small Group Pilates

Are you someone that wants specialised programming but doesn’t necessarily need the personal attention of a one-to-one environment? Small group classes offer the individualised approach to your training whilst also creating space for you to self-govern your movement and problem solve.

Move & Empower Program

Feeling unsure, stuck, or unmotivated? This 12-week personalised one-on-one movement program is here to help you become who you want to be. With tailored support, inspiration, and accountability, you'll build the strength, confidence, and energy to better engage in your life and the activities you love. Prioritise yourself each week and see how movement becomes a natural, enjoyable part of who you are.

My philosophy revolves around creating a nurturing and empowering movement environment where purpose-led humans can improve their health status, body image and self-esteem.

I encourage you to see beyond exercise as a means to alter your body shape and instead discover a genuine love for moving your body in ways that are authentic and fulfilling for you. 

I want to empower you to prioritise movement. By embracing this commitment, you'll not only improve your strength, vitality, and understanding of how you move but also develop the confidence to fully engage in your life and the activities you love with more ease and joy.

Exercise is not about what we do to our bodies or what it does to us. It’s about what we do with our bodies that can make our lives better.
